LCD Projectors
All of our rooms have ceiling mounted LCD projectors and six-foot self tensioning screens.
User Friendly Controllers
All rooms offer controllable preset lighting levels and temperature controls for air-conditioning and heating. Electronically controlled blinds can be lowered should you wish to shut out the
natural daylight.
The Monet and Van Gogh rooms have wireless touch screen controllers. These controllers allow full control of lighting, screen, blinds and AV equipment.
Document Camera
The Van Gogh and Monet rooms all have a document camera built into their podiums. The document camera functions much like an overhead projector, but also offers the ability to display solid objects, text, x-rays and slides.
The output from the DocCam in the Van Gogh Video Conferencing room can be displayed to the other side of the video conference call.
Video Players
Please refer to the chart above for rooms with a video player. There is also a floating video player and television with integrated video available for the other rooms which are
available on a first come basis.
DVD Players
Please refer to the chart above for rooms with a DVD player.
Internet Connection
Should you require access to the internet as part of your presentation, each room is equipped with a networked connection providing up to 64k of bandwidth. Your computer must have a network connection
and you should have administrator priveleges to set up the connection. If you would like connection details prior to your presentation so that your IT department can set up this connection
for you please contact us. Modem dial up access is also available for which you will be charged the cost of the telephone call.
OHP Transparency Projector
We also have traditional overhead transparency projectors for the rooms without document cameras, or if you feel more comfortable using this device, they can be made available for any of
the rooms.
