This boardroom offers real-time video conferencing using a dedicated Polycom Viewstation with a connection speed of up to 384kbps over ISDN telephone lines.

A six foot self tensioning screen and high definition (up to SVGA) LCD projector.
A wireless touch screen controller enables you to manage preset lighting levels, blinds, DVD player, Video player, document camera and access to a 7 point laptop computer matrix.
The document camera functions much like an overhead projector, but also offers the ability to display solid objects, text, x-rays and slides, the output of which can be routed over the video link to be viewed by the other end.
The laptop matrix enables 7 laptops to be presented onto the screen, one at a time, with 6 connections on the table top and one on the podium, which may also be viewed over the video link.
